Thursday night Homestead took a loss against Gunn: 7-15.  Jatin Alla stepped in as goalie for the game and blocked a number of great shots.  The majority of goals by Homestead came in the last half of the game with 3 from Alex Zaren, 2 from Trevor Carpenter, 1 from Zach Birrer, and 1 from freshman, Zach Sheerer.

Next Tuesday, Homestead faces Palo Alto at their campus.
Thursday will be the final game of the season at Homestead.  Come out and cheer for the Varsity Boys as they play to win against Los Altos!

Alex Zaren led Homestead to an 8-4 victory over Mountain View last Tuesday.  The junior scored half the goals, followed by a goal each from Trevor Carpenter, Zach Birrer, Charlie Crane, and David McAllister.  Jack Gregov, senior goalie, made some exciting saves throughout the game.

The Boys Frosh-Soph Water Polo team beat visiting Monta Vista on Thursday 12-4 for their first De Anza League win.  The boys improved to 1-3 and 3-4 overall.
Freshman 2-meter Ben Ramans and Sophomore Jake Pageler led all scorers with 3 goals apiece.
Freshmen Rafeh Muzzafar and Alec Mortensen combined with Sophomore Nate Shani to score two goals apiece in the lopsided win.

Team Captain-Goalie Max Lucas got to take the 4th quarter off while newcomer Cooper Berthiaume did his best to shut down the Matadors.
